Biography

Terri Ann Kim is a principal with the Firm.  Ms Kim joined the Firm in 1987, after having practiced with a bankruptcy and real property firm. For the past 20 years, her practice has been in the construction field. Ms. Kim's practice involves representing public and private property owners, design professionals and contractors in complex construction matters, including the drafting of construction documents, advising clients during the course of construction, claims review and analysis, and claims resolution including mediation, arbitration and litigation. Her experience includes the representation of major EPC contractors on power process projects, including combined cycle power plants in the Middle East and North America, a petro-chemical plant in South America, and other large construction projects in the United States.

Ms. Kim also has experience in employment matters, bankruptcy litigation and general litigation matters. Consistent with the Firm's practice, Ms. Kim seeks to focus on the client's strategic goals throughout the course of representation, with the objective of timely and cost effective case management and resolution.
