Biography

David Darroch is a principal with Wulfsberg Reese Colvig & Firstman and practices in the areas of construction and business litigation. He also has experience assisting in the drafting of various construction industry contracts, including design, construction, construction management, and design build contracts. Mr. Darroch’s primary practice includes power engineering, infrastructure and industrial process engineering disputes. He assists clients in preparing for and participating in mediation and other informal dispute resolution methods, and prosecuting and defending claims, arbitrations and trials. He is admitted to practice in the State and Federal courts of California.

Professional Experience
